摘    要:介绍了IEC 61970《公共信息模型(common information model,CIM)和组件接口规范(component interface specification,CIS)》的基本内容,并结合UNIX操作系统的具体特点,推荐使用公共对象请求代理体系结构(common object request broker architecture,CORBA)中间件来实现调度自动化系统中的消息传递。通过对标准和多个应用相结合的测试,提出构建符合IEC61970标准的调度自动化系统统一支撑平台的实现方案,使不同应用的包容性和开放性得到保证,数据共享,大大减轻电网调度自动化人员维护多套系统所带来的工作量。

Abstract:The basic contents of IEC 61970 Common Information Model (CIM) and Component Interface Specification (CIS) are described. Combined with the specific features of UNIX operating system, the use of common object request broker architecture (CORBA) middle ware is suggested for the message passing in dispatching automation system. Through test on the standard and multiple applications, the realization scheme is presented for constructing unified supporting platform of dispatching automation system in conformity with IEC 61970, so as to ensure the compatibility and openness of different applications, enable data sharing and greatly reduce the work load of power grid dispatching automation personnel attending to multiple systems.
