不同产地大黄质量分析研究

摘    要:从大黄药材的总灰分、酸不溶灰分以及其所含有的游离蒽醌和结合蒽醌4个方面对6种不同产地大黄的质量做了实验研究.结果表明:6种大黄的总灰分和酸不溶灰分含量有较大差异,从酸不溶灰分含量看,九龙大黄含量最高为0.66%,昌都大黄含量最低为0.16%;6种大黄的蒽醌类成分含量也存在较大差异,其中结合蒽醌含量由高到低分别是甘肃大黄1.72%、九龙大黄1.63%、广元大黄1.47%、甘孜大黄1.33%、青海大黄1.06%、昌都大黄0.82%.

Abstract:The experiment studied six kinds of Rhubarbs' quality which produced in different places from four important aspects that are the total ash and acid unsolved ash,free and conjugated Anthraquinones.The results show that there are the obvious differences among the six kinds of Rhubarbs in the total ash and acid unsolved ash.The max and min amount of acid unsolved,which are from Jiulong Rhubarbs and Changdu Rhubarbs,are 0.66% and 0.16%;the contents of conjugated Anthraquinones of Ganshu、Jiulong、Guangyuan、Ganzhi、Qinghai and Changdu,respectively are 1.72%,1.63%,1.47%,1.33%,1.06% and 0.82%.
