摘    要:通过硫化锌精矿与软锰矿同槽浸出,制取活性氧化锌和重质碳酸锰.新工艺包括同槽浸出及除铁、深度净化、锌锰分离、酸溶制取活性氧化锌、重质碳酸锰的合成5个部分.通过试验着重分析了锌锰分离、重质碳酸锰的合成2个工序主要因素的影响,确定了时间、温度、氨水过量系数α(NH3)3个因素在锌锰分离中的控制条件,硫酸锰浓度、溶液pH值以及时间3个因素在重质碳酸锰的合成中的最佳技术参数,所得产品都达到了工业应用标准.

Abstract:In this paper, the simultaneous leaching of sphalerite concentrate and pyrolusite to get active zinc oxide and heavy manganese carbonate was studied.This new technology contains the following main steps:simultaneous leaching and eliminating iron in the same vessel,deep purifying,separating zinc ion from mixed zinc sulphate and manganese sulphate solution,dissolving Zn(OH) 2 with sulphuric acid to produce active zinc oxide,synthesizing heavy manganese carbonate .The main influencing factors of each process were analyzed and optimum technical parameters were confirmed. The products have reached industrial standards.
