石蜡聚苯乙烯微球的制备

摘    要:用悬浮聚合法制备石蜡聚苯乙烯微球.研究了合成过程中搅拌器的位置、搅拌速度、升温速度和反应时间等对微球粒径分布及其产率的影响.结果表明:搅拌器桨叶上平面与液面相平时有利于合成粒径小、分布均匀的石蜡聚苯乙烯微球;搅拌器最佳搅拌速度为275~330rpm;缓慢升温更有利于合成粒径小、分布均匀的石蜡聚苯乙烯微球;最佳反应时间为4.0~4.5h.

Abstract:The paraffins-polystyrene microspheres were synthesized by the method of suspension polymerization.The factors affecting the distribution of microspheres diameter and the output of microspheres in the course of the synthesis such as the position of agitator and the agitating speed and the time of synthsis were studied. The results show that the stirrer should be set to the same level as the surface of mixture and the stirring rate should be controlled in the range of 275 -330 rpm, and that the paraffins-polystyrene microspheres which was small and even about shape were synthesized easily by raising temperature slowly. The optimum reaction time is 4.0 -4.5 h.
