灵芝饼茶降脂作用研究及总三萜含量的测定

摘    要:将KM小鼠随机分成6组,除空白对照组外,其余各组高脂饲料喂养造模,连续28d.同时除模型组外,其余组灌胃相应药物,给药期间称量小鼠体重,最后测定各组小鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)的变化.以灵芝酸A为对照品,分光光度法测定灵芝饼茶中总三萜的含量.结果表明,与高脂模型组比较,灵芝饼茶提取物均能不同程度的抑制高脂饲料引起的小鼠体重增加(P<0.05或P<0.01);与高脂血症模型组小鼠比较,灵芝饼茶提取物组小鼠血清TC、TG、LDL-C水平均显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01).灵芝饼茶中总三萜的含量为1.5%.灵芝饼茶具有降血脂作用,其总三萜的含量控制在1.5%以上.

Abstract:The KM mice (18--22 g) were randomly divided into control, model, Ganoderma lucidum tea cake extract (2 and 4mg, orally, respectively) and Simvastatin (3.3mg, orally) groups. In addition to the control and model groups, the other groups were orally given corresponding drugs, once a day for 28 days. During the experiment, we weighed the body weight of mice. On the second day after the last administration, the ex- periment was carried out. The serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein cho- lesterol (LDL-C), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) were determined. Using ganoderic acid A as reference standard, the content of the total three terpenes in Ganoderma lucidum tea cake was detected using spectrophotometry. The Ganoderma lucidum tea cake extract might significantly inhibit the body weight in- crease induced by high fat diet, and remarkably decrease the serum TC, TG, LDL-C contents, increase the HDL-C content compared with model (P〈0.05 and P〈0.01, respectively), and with the dose of Ganoderma lucidum tea cake extract increasing, their improvement became more and more strong. The content of total three terpenes in Ganoderma lucidum tea cake is 1.5 %. The experimental results show that ganoderma lucid-um tea cake has hypolipidemic effect, The content of total three terpenes should be more than 1.5%.
