以牛脂肪、氢氧化钠、氯化钙为原料制成脂肪酸钙,对脂肪酸钙的加工工艺进行了研究。经过反复筛选试验,建立了脂肪酸钙的加工工艺及制作过程。脂肪酸钙终产品的主要参数为:脂肪酸钙的总能为31.64Mj/kg、干物质含量98.06%,脂肪含量89.09%,钙含量10.91%o  相似文献

对火龙果种仁的营养成分进行了分析、研究结果表明,脂肪含量为32.02%(占种仁的质量分数,下同),蛋白质含量为22.06%.其它营养成分含量为淀粉21.03%,粗纤维10.35%,水分5.80%,灰分3.18%,总糖1.75%.同时对种仁蛋白质的氨基酸组成和脂肪酸组成进行了分析,脂肪酸中不饱和脂肪酸含量高达80.83%(质量分数),其中亚油酸的含量最高,为54.43%。  相似文献

采用毛细管气相色谱法测定了海边月见草种子油中的脂肪酸组成及含量,结果表明:种子油中脂肪酸以不饱和脂肪酸为主,尤以亚油酸含量最高,达80.12%,并含有一定量的γ-亚麻酸;同时对海边月见草两个不同产地,两种生长季节,3种不同成熟度的种子中各种脂肪酸的含量进行了比较测定和分析,为海边月见草种子的开发利用提供科学依据。  相似文献

测定了浒苔的主要营养成分。结果表明:浒苔中粗蛋白含量为13.21%,脂肪为1.04%,灰分为21.87%;浒苔氨基酸中谷氨酸的含量相对较高,占总氨基酸含量的13.80%;不饱和脂肪酸中亚麻酸的含量最高,占总脂肪酸含量的15.98%。  相似文献

为探索新的油料资源,对野生植物种子的脂肪酸组成进行了研究。以正己烷/乙醚(V/V=4/3)作提取剂,0.4mol/L的氢氧化钾-甲醇溶液作甲酯化试剂,采用室温下快速酯交换法制备脂肪酸甲酯,气相色谱法测定了6种野生植物种子中的脂肪酸组成及含量。样品所含主要脂肪酸为棕榈酸、油酸、亚油酸。其中5种野生植物种子的亚油酸含量为60.45%~79.96%。与几种常见植物油的脂肪酸组成进行了对比,结果表明,被测样品的脂肪酸组成与常见植物油是类似的,但其亚油酸含量普遍高于植物油。同时还分析了几种水果子的脂肪酸含量。  相似文献

十四株海洋微藻脂肪酸组成的研究   总被引:12,自引:0,他引:12  
对4个门的14株(红藻门8株,甲藻门1株,隐藻门2株,绿藻门3株)海洋微藻进行了脂肪酸含量测定,微藻在确定的条件下生长,指数生长末期收获。结果表明,各门的微藻都有其独特的脂肪酸特征:红藻中含有大量的20:4m和20:5n-3,其中紫球藻R25含量最高,占总脂肪酸的49.8%(AA占总脂肪酸的20.5%,EPA占总脂肪酸的29.3%)。隐藻的主要脂肪酸是16:0、18:1n-9、18:3n-3、18:4n-4、20:5n-3、5n-3。与其它甲藻有别的虫黄藻,18:4n-3含量很少并且不含EPA,其主要合成的是16:0、18:1n-9和22:6n-3。C16和C18的不饱和脂肪酸是本实验研究的3株绿藻的主要脂肪酸。  相似文献

对厦门及周边地区产的黑木耳、鲍鱼菇、平菇、香菇、草菇、茶树菇、鸡腿菇、金针菇、蘑菇和姬松茸(子实体和菌丝体)的10种食用菌样品中的脂肪进行了测定,并采用气相色谱方法分析了样品中的脂肪酸组成及其含量.测定结果表明:这些食用菌的粗脂肪含量在1%-5%之间,其中姬松茸子实体最高(约5.4%),最低者为黑木耳(约0.7%).脂类中共有10种脂肪酸组成得到了确认,但在含量及饱和脂肪酸与不饱和脂肪酸比值上存在着较大的差别.其中又以棕榈酸、硬脂酸、油酸和亚油酸等为主要脂肪酸,其余的则明显较少.这些为从不同角度探讨对上述食用菌的利用提供了实验依据.  相似文献

通过气相色谱-质谱分析了米糠汕的主要脂肪酸廿汕酯组成。结果表明:米糠含汕率为15.2%,其中主要含有亚汕酸甘汕脂37.08%,汕酸甘汕脂34.12%,棕榈酸甘油脂21.84%,硬脂酸甘汕脂2.89%,瓦克芩酸甘油脂1.2l%,花生酸甘油脂0.97%,豆蔻酸脂肪脂0.64%,不饱和脂肪酸脂占总油脂的72.41%。理化指标测定结果表明:米糠油相对密度(d4^20)为0.9255,折射率(20℃)为1.4720,酸价(mgKOH/g)为1.9,碘价(gl/100g)为105。  相似文献

碱谷耐盐碱、抗旱涝;在不同肥力的土壤上,籽粒产量:2625~4875kg/ha;干草产量:10500~18000kg/ha。有关成份分析结果表明,碱谷种子含20.60%粗脂肪,其中不饱和脂肪酸占脂肪酸总量3/4,软脂酸占1/4,两项合占总量99%;粗蛋白含量为8.975%,蛋白质含量为8.260%,蛋白质由19种氨基酸组成,不仅人体必需的8种氨基酸齐备,且其含量达3.493%,占总氨基酸库38.87%;淀份含量为50.37%。这些为碱谷的开发提供了科学依据。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献
